What products are available at the shop?

The Times Store and Knickerbocker will preview their fall and holiday collections and showcase apparel and accessories they created together.  The shop will also have goods made exclusively for the pop-up, plus giveaways available on a first come, first serve basis.  

What is Knickerbocker?

Knickerbocker is a manufacturer of apparel and accessories, founded in 2013 in a 60-year-old factory building on the border of Brooklyn and Queens. It produces clothing with a distinct New York look under its own label, while also working with other brands like The Times. It has been collaborating with The Times on products since 2016.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept only credit card payment. We cannot accept cash payments.

I ordered something online. Can I pick it up at the shop?

We don’t offer in-store pickup for online purchases. 

How can I return or exchange something I purchased at the shop?

Since this is a limited-time event, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange online purchases at the shop?
